The Philippine Software Process Improvement Network (PH-SPIN) is a community started by DigitalFilipino.com in December 2001. The network has an annual forum and trainings four (4) times a year, fostering networking and knowledge sharing among members. Training materials and templates are uploaded on a monthly basis.
